Return policy

If you are not satisfied with the Products you have received or you have simply changed your mind about whether to purchase them after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery and get a refund.

How to make a return::

1) Pack the products with the return label

Pack the order in the original box (you can also use different boxes, however we invite you to reuse as much as possible) and attach the new label making sure to cover the original one. Make sure to arrange the item, complete with all components, in the original packaging.

 3) Wait for return confirmation and refund

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been successfully returned to our warehouse and the refund completed (2-3 business days). If you do not wish to follow the procedure described above, you are free to choose your preferred return method. Remember that the costs you will incur to return the goods will be at your expense, as well as the risk related to any damage or loss of the same during transport until we receive the goods.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised without the application of penalties and without to give reasons. We remind you that during the period in which the Products remain in your possession, you have the responsibility to keep them safe and in good condition. In the case of returns for personal reasons (right of withdrawal), you will get a full refund from which the costs relating to any express shipping will be deducted (if you had chosen this shipping method).

Legal warranty on defective goods

In addition to the above, we grant a 2-year legal warranty (or a longer period if applicable by local law) for any defects in the Products. A Product is "defective" if upon receipt it is damaged or if, within 2 years (or a longer period possibly contemplated by local legislation) from the purchase, it manifests a manufacturing or material defect. We remind you that Products damaged due to normal wear and tear due to use are not considered defective. You can return the defective Products within 2 years of receipt of the same and obtain a full refund including shipping costs, where applicable.
